About The Game

Pirate Squad is a fast, stream-friendly co-op pirate game built around crew chaos.

Players and chatters join the ship as pirates, get assigned to stations, and help keep the vessel alive during naval combat. Every battle is a scramble to fire cannons, dodge incoming broadsides, patch the hull, and bail out flooding before the ship goes under.

The game is designed for livestream play:

• Viewers can join the crew through chat
• Crew members contribute by entering station commands
• Streamers can fill gaps with AI deckhands when chat is quiet
• Enemy ships telegraph their intent, so the crew has to react together

Between battles, you sail the overworld, choose your next route, collect rewards, and spend gold on upgrades to keep the run going.

How To Play

1. Start a battle and read the station briefing.
2. Drag pirates from the deck onto open stations.
3. Type the command shown for each station before its timer runs out.
4. Use the right stations at the right time:
   • Cannon: damage the enemy ship
   • Helm: dodge the next incoming broadside
   • Repair: restore your hull
   • Bucket: reduce flooding
5. Watch enemy intent to prepare for the next attack.
6. Win the battle, collect gold, and upgrade the ship on the overworld.

Controls

• Mouse: drag pirates onto stations
• Keyboard: type station commands
• Click, Space, or Enter: dismiss battle instructions
• F2: mute music
• F3: mute SFX

Stream / Chat Notes

• Viewers join with !join
• Joined viewers can contribute station commands through chat
• AI deckhands can be purchased in the shop as backup crew
